Wesley Wirth reviewed the updated plans for the Granite Forest Project. He discussed his interaction
with Lindsay Pope Dahlbert, Direct of Purchasing,Special Projects Coordinator for the Town of Lexington.
To date we have received$52,600(including$30,000—from CPA)in monetary contributions.Additionally,
David reported that the Lexington Tree Committee has voted to fund 2 trees($1,400).
The Unit costs were reviewed for the list of hardscape items in order to develop a sequestration of
hardscape items. It appears that we can finance from existing donations these items.
The Eagle Scout Project is scheduled to proceed in the Spring.
The balances in The Kirk and Lee Funds were noted.
