Administrative Assistant: Thomas Case Absent: Mark Sandeen Other Attendees: David Kanter, Capital Expenditures Committee; Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM. Prior to the Committee’s discussion, Ms. Walker recused herself from participation due to her membership on the Board of Directors for Metro West Collaborative Development. Discuss RFP for Parcel 68-44 Located on Lowell Street- The CPC discussed the request for proposal for the Lowell Street parcel 68-44. Committee members expressed hesitancy about the Committee overseeing the processes by which applicants complete their projects, provided they are within the CPA’s statute of available uses. The Committee also agreed that there was nothing objectionable about the draft RFP. In response to the Select Board and Affordable Housing Trust’s request for comment on the RFP, the Committee drafted the statement that “the RFP is consistent with the range of projects proposed in the FY25 application by the Trust and approved by the CPC.” After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted by a roll call vote approving this statement (7-0-1); Ms. Walker abstained. Committee Business- Ms. Fenollosa conveyed that the Committee will likely not meet again until September. After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted by a roll call vote (8-0) to adjourn at 4:21 PM.
