Old Harrington School is renamed to "Whipple Hall"
The White House (Barnes Property) will cost $12M to house a single site Senior Center once
Department of Public Works moves out.
Request for Proposal (RFP) for upgrading the fire-suppression fire-alarm systems for the old Munroe
School Building has been put out.
Senior Center at the Muzzey Condominiums: No one knows what the parameters are for any new use
in that space should the senior center vacate.
The Schools' PK-12 Master Plan is held up due to there being a new Lexington High School principal.
School Committee won't take any position on other-than-School-Administration use for the Old
Harrington School until Spring when the study is done.
Next CEC meeting is 9/17 or 9/18.
Discussion of David Kanter's changes to the Town Code regarding mailing of CEC report to Town
Meeting Members (§29.13b) and removing reference to the Joint School Committee-Teacher's Salary
Advisory Committee (§29.12).
