1. Introductions of members in attendance
2. Member sign-in on official roster for Town Clerk's office
3. Review the purpose,scope and responsibilities of School Council
4. Determination of the council co-chair
a. Preference given to senior parent representative; Sandy to communicate with member
5. Review of 2017-2018 School Improvement Plan
a. Feedback on/identification of highlight areas of focus
b. Principal to create timeline of priorities
6. Next Steps:
a. Review of Draft LPS Dress Code Policy
i. Read and provide written feedback to Principal within a week;Principal will
synthesize and provide feedback to the Superintendent
b. LHS Visioning Process
i. Endorse participation to parent community
1. Suggest that PTO communicate home
2. Share with LexFun,others
3. Suggest that Principal email Estabrook community
4. Identify/reach out to community groups
