ity Billing.
8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
• Review for approval Minutes of the Meeting of April 13, 2017
Minutes of the April 13, 2017 meeting were withdrawn because an attending board member
was not present
• Review for reapproval Minutes of the meeting May 18, 2016
Minutes of the May 18, 2017 meeting were tabled because an attending board member was
not present
• Review recommended updates to Policies & Procedures
Members of the board decided to table this discussion until more staff members are present

Appeals
14 Bridge Street
Mr. Carl Davis met with the board on appeal. Although his usage last winter spiked dramati-
cally, he was unable to find any leaks. Members of the board explained that in the absence of a
leak they were unable to offer more assistance and that Mr. Davis could appeal to the Board of
Selectmen.
