Attendance:
Board Members: Loren Wood, Chairperson and Bill Ribich, member. Staff: Robin Fullford, Util-
ity Billing.
8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:09 am.
• Review for approval Minutes of the Meeting of March 2, 2017
• It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and voted unanimously to approve
the Minutes of the Meeting of March 2, 2017 as presented
• Review for reapproval Minutes of the meeting September 8, 2016
It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and voted unanimously to approve the
Minutes of the Meeting of September 8, 2016 as amended.
• Review recommended updates to Policies & Procedures
Members of the board decided to table this discussion until more staff members are present
Status Report of Abatement Requests
• 40 Recommendations to be heard tonight
118 Recommendations on hold for history or documentation
Appeals
24 Moon Hill Road
On behalf of the Moon Hill Pool Association, Linda Pagani met with the board.A discussion ensued and Ms. Pagani suggested
that the amount of water they were charged for could not have leaked in the short period of the leak. Mr.Wood explained
that meters do not speed up and we stand behind the meter reading. Mr. Pecora will be asked to visit the site to determine
further action.

It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and voted unanimously to approve 18 Winter
Street, 46 Ledgelawn Avenue was withdrawn.
Schedule future meeting time
The next meeting will be held on Thursday June 15, 2017.
Adjourn
It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and approved unanimously to adjourn the
meeting at 9:42 am.
