Minutes of February 5, 2009 Meeting

The meeting convened at approximately 4 PM in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town
Office Building.
This initial meeting was to get input on the planning process. The following groups were invited. Those
who attended are listed in parentheses:

A lively iscussion took lace around some of the issues according to the stakeholder. The

proposed process and timeline were reviewed and suggestions made. The suggestions- _mill b
incorporated into the version sent to the Selectmen for approval.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 5:30 p.m.
