Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, October 121^, 2017
Members Present: Shannon De Guglielmo, Will Thomas, Jack Mitchell, Lucas DiCerbo,
Anthony Marbardy, Deb Hankins, Sean Maloney, Annie Reilly, Jimmy Lane, Meghan Buschini,
Emma Donigan, Patrick Kridarahkorn, Rachel Harvey, Bess Lawrence, Maria Schapfel, Cate
Swan, Michael Swift, Zoe Toulmin, Annika Richter, Myles Cutler, Katie Devine, Rebecca
Wilkinson,Courtney Walsh, Hadar Boker, and James Athens.
Members Absent:, Joe Hankins, Avery Gehring, Venuri DeSilva, Ganga Nair, Nicholas
Newton -Chen, Courtney Campbell, Ishaan Khurana, Nachiyappan Solaiyappan, Millie Landis,
Erin Cesmeli, Katherine Gehring, Charles Marbardy, Mehr Khurana, Karen Duperey, and
Kristina Hankins.
1. The September minutes were read and approved.
2. We collected candy money envelopes, almost everyone who attended the meeting
remembered their money. Avery Gehring, Venuri DeSliva, Ganga Nair, Nicholas
Newton -Chen, Emma Donigan, Ishaan Khurana, Nachi Solalyappan, Erin Cesmeli,
Katherine Gehring, and Mehr Khurana. Please drop your envelope off in the next two
days to Deb Hankins in Room 202, the Performing Arts Office, next to the Black Box.
We discussed and voted on tee shirt designs, thank you to everyone who brought in ideas.
All $$s will be turned into on Friday to the Treasurer.
3. We recapped the island fall planting and cleanup that took place on October 4th.
4. Our next event will be the Halloween merchant balloon setup. Tuesday October 31st at
11:16am we will be meeting in the quad (after G block) to walk to the center where we
will hang balloons for local businesses participating in the town trick -or -treating. As of
now Jimmy Lane, Cate Swan, Zoe Toulmin, Bess Lawrence, Katie Devine, Rebecca
Wilkinson, Patrick Kridarahkorn, Lucas DiCerbo, Anthony Marbard, Emma Donigan,
Hadar Boker, Annie Reilly, Meghan Buschini, and Courtney Walsh have all said they can
attend. If you were not at the October meeting or your availability has changed please
contact your team leader. The more people we have the better, also pizza will be supplied
for lunch.
5. We introduced turkey deliveries - our November event. Next meeting we will get a more
precise count of those that can help out.
6. We briefly discussed our December fundraising for kids in need, more information will
follow at upcoming meetings.
7. Crayons to Cradles possible dates in January were discussed, again there will be more
information at following meetings.
8. Our next meeting is Thursday, November 9th at 7:00 pm at the Community Center.
