Board of Selectmen Meeting Room
Monday, April 28, 2008
4:00 p.m.
Present
: CPC Chair, Betsey Weiss, Joel Adler, Norman Cohen, Marilyn Fenollosa, Wendy
Manz, Leo McSweeney, Richard Pagett, Judy Pearson, Sandy Shaw and Dick Wolk.
Also Present
: John Bartenstein from the Appropriation Committee; David Kanter, Charles
Lamb and Shirley Stolz from the Capital Expenditures Committee; Town Manager, Carl
Valente; Assistant Town Manager For Finance, Rob Addelson; Director of Planning, Maryann
McCall-Taylor and Conservation Administrator, Karen Mullins.
After the meeting was called, a motion was made to go into Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing land acquisition articles in the 2008 Annual Town Meeting Warrant. The motion was
supported unanimously by roll call vote. The motion also stated that the meeting would return to
open session.
The open session resumed at 5:32 p.m.
With no further business to discuss, CPC Chair, Betsey Weiss adjourned the meeting at 5:33
p.m.
