Area.
I/we have reviewed the following:
Study Committee Final Report
Proposed Bylaw to be presented to the Fall Town Meeting
Changes to NCD properties that will be reviewed by the NCD Commission
I/we have had our questions and concerns addressed by a member of the Study Committee.
I/we understand that one owner of each property in the proposed NCD must sign indicating
that the property may be included in the NCD, or may not be included in the NCD.
The undersigned, as a legal owner of the address indicated above, has made the following
decision concerning participation in the NCD. (Please check your option.)
