Approval of Minutes • Approval of April 22, 2024 and May 15, 2024 meeting minutes - approved. II. FY25 Budget and Workplan Susan reviewed the FY25 Workplan and Budget. Joanne and Shelly were in agreement with the proposed FY25Workplan and Budget III. Programs • Rashod is trained to hold CPR/AED trainings for up to four people at a time. Joanne is interested in Rashod holding a CPR/AED trainings and Narcan Trainings in Lexington. Joanne would like to get the town employees trained with Narcan but the summer is hard to schedule these with all the vacations. Joanne said she can use Rashod when Kellianne takes her vacation and will get those dates to forward to Rashod. Joanne wanted to note that Rashod is at the EA Shelter every other week and they really like him there. • Susan said they are looking to expand holding BP Clinics. Joanne said they hold Wellness Clinics in Lexington at the Senior Center and Senior Housing that include BP screenings. Susan suggested the possibility of having them at the mall. • Shelly said Jen, the PHN, holds Wellness Clinics at the Senior Center in Wilmington. Shelly will have her reach out to Rashod to see if there is something they could do together. Shelly will have Jen check with Rashod regarding holding CPR/AED training for town employees. Shelly will check with Jen if Rashod helped out on the Sun Safety event. Shelly will let Susan know if Rashod is needed to fill in for Jen on vacation. • Susan asked that Joanne and Shelly send her any dates they may like to schedule for CPR/AED training so Rashod can add them to her spreadsheet. Katie can fill in the attendees for classes. Tri-Ton Coalition Advisory Board Burlington.Lexington.Wilmington IV. Tobacco Protocol • Shelly said she is good with the protocol changes. Regarding the compliance checks by Tahycha, she would like Tahycha to go right in the establishment and let them know they have made an underage sale and a ticket/fine will be forthcoming. • Joanne felt the state guidelines should include a form that can cite the violation and that a fine is forthcoming. • Susan said she does not have Tahycha go back in to the establishment but has Tahycha email her the violation and a letter is then sent directly to the establishment owner. • If Shelly and Joanne would like Tahycha to go back into the establishment she would like them to provide Tahycha with a form to use that states a ticket/fine is forthcoming and she can then email Shelly and Joanne that a violation has occurred. • There was a vote on the Tobacco Protocol and all voted in favor. V. New Business • Katie will set up interviews for the Community Outreach worker position. • The meeting time will be kept the same for FY25 and Katie will send out the calendar invites.
