Ave. Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD) is appropriate as set forth in Chapter 78, Section 3(a) of the Town of Lexington General Bylaws http://ecode360.com/31469910. The five-member Byron/Lockwood/Mass. Ave. NCD Study Committee has been appointed by the Town Manager and has been convened to investigate and prepare a Report on the appropriateness of the NCD designation for the proposed NCD area: Donna Moultrup, Chair (Resident of Proposed NCD area) Chris Neurath (Resident of Proposed NCD area) Richard Goldhammer (Resident of Proposed NCD area) David Kelland (Designee of Historical Commission) Richard Canale (Designee of Planning Board) This notice is sent in accordance with Chapter 78 Neighborhood Conservation Districts of the Code of Lexington. All meetings of the Byron/Lockwood/Mass. Ave. NCD Study Committee are open to the public and the notices for meetings are listed on the Town's website by clicking on the Public Meetings tab on the Lexingtonma.gov website.
