a Gail will be working to insert the Lexpress schedule in the tax bill.She will also look into putting an insert to request donations.We could ask for
people to sponsor$50 per hour of service.

o Including our working assumptions on fares and expenses and the following revenues,we still have a minimum goal of approximately$50,000. Bill,Gail and Sally

C• Outstanding leads include:Fleet,Eagle Bank,Spaulding,Stop&Shop,Theatre Pharmacy,Lahey Clinic,Avalon,Clarion
v There is still some reconciling that needs to be completed around checks sent in as donations versus passes,making sure we are not double
counting donations.Bill,Gail and Sally will work this out offline.

4 • Important information/discussion expected on national trends in bus systems at this week's Council meeting.Richard asked if anyone on the Elaine,Gail
committee would be able to attend.Elaine might attend,Gail will attend if she can get back-up to work the Lexpress window.
• Information might be helpful for our PR effort and information important to bring to the BOS.
Met State
5 o Avalon is targeting the Spring 2004 Town Meeting.It is critical for the TAC to build a good relationship with Michael Roberts and set Diane
expectations regarding traffic mitigation.
Monthly Reporting Requirements to Board of Selectmen Sara
• Next report due first week of October.Focus is financial status,but we can also use as an opportunity to give public update on Lexpress in
general.
.• Bill and Gail will supply Sara financial status by (what date?)
• Use as much data from the MBTA reporting requirements as possible
.• Sara will be the point person for this report.She will pull together a memo for October and put in Selectmen's packet.
• Diane suggested that we could present in person quarterly?It could be a good opportunity to get visibility and give a more personal update.
Marketing Plan
C. Sally will contact Dale(volunteer through Eric)and schedule a Marketing Sub-Committee meeting.(This meeting is scheduled for 8PM on 9/15)
Other Items
• There is so much material to cover at these meetings,our next goal is to assign leaders and divide members into sub-committees,which will meet
separately.The TAC meetings will be more of a status meeting for all the sub-committees to report and get feedback on direction and progress.
.• Invite the following people to our next meeting for feedback on our draft plan:Lauren McNeil(COA),Harry Forsdick/Mareia Baker
C. Elaine is going to TMMA Voter Communication meeting on Saturday,9/13.Sara&Elaine are going to TMMA on 9/10 to give status report on
Lexpress.
