One report says they are $2, 000 more B More luxurious seat? Decision seemed to be no C Radios - (AM-FM)? -- questionable D Booster Heater -- yes - We should require 6 vehicles 2 Review of Contract for changes - First hour missed -- we will dock double the cost per vehicle hour - We should encourage contingency bids, i e "The Town will consider alternatives to this set of bid specifications " - Monthly maintenance records shall be submitted 3 Survey -- Passenger Count - Money on three buses was in the average range; on one bus we made considerably more, and the driver who was usually driving that bus has recently been fired (for other reasons) - Ridership on routes 1, 3 and 5 seems to be quite low Perhaps the rain affected this, but there is some concern 4 Marketing - The Chamber has their own Santa on Open House Night in the Center - Enthusiasm for having the bus at the Christmas Open House dwindled since we couldn't have Santa - We will still submit the revised Westport poem for an ad in the newspaper - We should still have a poster - Joyce suggested a poster with take home order forms to order (please see other side)
