Article 31. VOTED: To establish a General By-Laws Committee of
five residents of the Town, to be appointed by the
Moderator, to make a study of the General By-Laws of the
Town, prepare a revision thereof and report its recom-
mendations thereon at a subsequent Town Meeting.
