Litigation
Mr Cohen referred to recent correspondence from Mr George Grey regarding his attempts to
have his land registered
Mr. Cohen will draft a release, as requested, to be signed by the Selectmen. The release will
confirm a similar document executed by the Conservation Commission as requested by the
lawyer for Mr. Grey's father-in-law, Mr. Toccio, in litigation eleven years ago.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 8.52 p.m.
