SELECTMEN'S MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
March 17, 1997
PRESENT. Selectmen. Chairman McSweeney, Mr. Fenn, Mrs Eddison, Mr. Enrich, Mr. White,
Town Manager, Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk.
Collective Bargaimng
Mr White passed out a set of D P W Union proposals and explained that the Union and the
Town agreed on all of the policy issues; however, the Town had to bargain to impasse to be in
compliance with the collective bargaining laws
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 11.45 p m.
