PRESENT. Selectmen- Chairman McSweeney, Mr Fenn, Mr Busa, Mrs Eddison, Mr Enrich;
Mr. White, Town Manager, Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel and Ms Smith, Executive Clerk.
School Committee- Chairman Peltz, Mr Dini, Mrs. Elberger, Mr. Rosenberg, Mrs Neumeier,
Supenntendent Young and Labor Attorney Newman

Mr. White, at the request of Norman Cohen who had to leave the meeting earlier, indicated there
is a problem with the terms of the Federal grant for the purchase of the buses for Lexpress. The
Town will have to enter into negotiations with a complaining Transportation union Mr Cohen
is checking with other communities on the terms of grants they have received
Mr White will get back to the Board with more information.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 7.40 p m
