PRESENT. Selectmen. Chairman McSweeney, Mr. Dailey, Mrs. Eddison, Mr. White, Town
Manager and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk
Collective Bargaining
Board members discussed the issue brought up by Paul Hamburger, Chairman of the Long Range
Planning Committee concerning a 2 1/2% cap on salary increases for FY97, which would free up
$40,000 or $50,000
Mr. White expressed concern about the perception of equity.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9.45 a.m.
