SELECTMEN'S MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
JULY 1, 1996
PRESENT. Selectmen Chairman McSweeney,Mr. Dailey,Mr. Busa, Mrs Eddison; Mr. White,
Town Manager; Mr Cohen, Town Counsel, and Lynne Pease, Acting Clerk.
Land Acquisition
Mr. Dailey reported on the status of the Spencer Street/Augusta land acquisition LexHab wants
to make sure that a house can be built on the Spencer Street lot before it commits $125,000. Bill
Daily and Norman Cohen will work on the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The Planning Director
has been consulted and he believes it will be possible to build a house on the lot.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:30 p.m.
