EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRESENT. Selectmen. Chairman McSweeney, Mr. Dailey, Mr Busa, Mrs Eddison, Mr. White,
Town Manager, Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel; and Ms Smith, Executive Clerk
Land Acquisition
Board members discussed the matter of how Lexington should become involved in the
Middlesex Hospital land disposition process. Mr. White suggested that he draft a letter on behalf
of the Board to the Middlesex County Commissioners indicating what Lexington expects to
happen in the process.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 12.00 Midnight
