Manager; and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk
Litigation
The Board met with representatives of NESWC to explore options for the future ranging from
status quo to buying the existing facility, to entering into a contract for an additional ten
years, to litigating certain outstanding issues.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourp at 10:50 p.m.
