Eddison; Mr. White, Town Manager; and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk
School Committee. Chairman Dini, Mrs. Elberger, Mrs Peltz, Mr Rosenberg; School
Superintendent Jeff Young
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING - SALARIES
The School Committee and the Selectmen discussed collective bargaining strategy. It was
noted that this was the first year for some time that there are no contracts m effect for any of
the collective bargaining units.
The Town Manager and Superintendent were asked to put some figures together showing
fixed expenses and anticipating a $2,000,000 revenue increase in fiscal year 1997 and then to
come back with the amount of dollars the two boards can work with
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 7.00 p.m
