EXECUTIVE SESSION
August 8, 1994
Present: Selectmen: Mr. Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, Mr. Busa, Mr. Fenn, Mrs. Eddison; Mr.
Cohen, Town Counsel; Mr. White, Town Manager; Mrs. Novak, Assistant Town Manager;
and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk.
Litigation
Mr Cohen and Mr. White discussed conversations with Joyce Miller of the Conservation
Commission concerning the need for special legal counsel to assist the Commission on appeal
of the Route 2A expansion decision.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 8:20 p.m.
