Present: Selectmen Chairman Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, Mr. Fenn, Mrs. Eddison; Mr. Cohen,
Town Counsel; Mr. White, Town Manager; Mrs. Novak, Assistant Town Manager; and
Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk
Litigation
Mr Dailey asked Town Counsel and the Town Manager to review a letter he had received
from a Lexington firefighter candidate alleging adjusted test results to allow perhaps favored
applicants to be interviewed.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjo ,9:50 p.m.
