SPECIAL MEETING –JUNE 13, 2017
MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Weidong Wang at 8:30 A.M.

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
A. FY 18 Capital Plan
Caileen conducted resident meetings on 6/7/17 at both Greeley and Vynebrooke
Village to review the upcoming projects, among others:
Vynebrooke Village- modernize exterior pole lights
Greeley Village-emergency generator, benches, asphalt walkway repair, concrete
stair repair
Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Richard F. Perry, the Board voted
approve the FY 18 Capital Plan as presented. The roll call vote was as follows:

These items have been tabled.
C. Formula Funding Award letter
LHA has been awarded $211,157.00 in Formula Funding for FY 20.
D. Any other new business that may come before the Board
The Board approved modified hours for 7/3/17.
Weidong has offered to translate recycling information.
Caileen update the Board on Pine Grove. Reps from all parties have worked out
and agreed upon structure and things are moving forward.
