Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minuteman,a newspaper of general circulation in the Town,
published on August 31 and September 7,2000,and notice sent by mail postage prepaid,to all interested
parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws,public hearings were held in the Town
Office Building on the petitions listed below
Acting on the petitions were Chairman Robert V Whitman,Vice Chairman Edwin P
Whittemore,Francis W K Smith,Robert F Sacco,and Judith J Uhng
108 Kendall Rd,Dr Donna Marie Salusti requested a special permit,pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section
4 2,Use Table 1,Line 1 25,to use a portion of a residence as an office for a part-time psycho-therapy
practice for no more than 24 hours per week at 108 Kendall Road
110 Snrme St,Qi Zhou and Lin Ding requested a variance from dimensional controls,Table 2 of the
Zoning Bylaw,for a 2-story addition,including an attached garage,to a nonconforming single-family
dwelling,with a 29-foot front yard setback instead of the required 30 feet at 110 Spring Street
87 Hancock St,Irene and Valdur Koha requested a withdrawal without prejudice of their application for a
variance from dimensional controls,Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw,for the historic preservation of a
nonconforming single-family dwelling with a 9 6-foot front yard setback The Building Commissioner and
the Planning Board agree that the relief requested is available under a special permit previously granted by
the Planning Board
30 Volunteer Way Sarah Springer and Dominic Pedulla requested a special permit,pursuant to Zoning
Bylaw Section 6 4 1,for the addition of a 2nd floor to a nonconforming single-family dwelling with no
increase in site coverage within the minimum yard setback at 30 Volunteer Way
30 Volunteer Way.Sarah Springer and Dominic Pedulla requested a variance from dimensional controls,
Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw,for a 2nd floor addition to a noncoforming single-family dwelling with a 26 9-
foot front yard setback instead of the required 30 feet at 30 Volunteer Way
137 Mass Ave,T B D Pizza d/b/a Domino's Pizza requested the renewal of a special permit,pursuant to
Zoning Bylaw Section 4 2,Line 9 12,to continue to operate a take-out food service in the CRS District
known as Domino's Pizza at 137 Massachusetts Avenue A 5-year renewal was requested
319 Marrett Rd,MGM,Inc d/b/a Marrett Sq Deli requested a withdrawal without prejudice of its request
for a determination that the combination of an existing convenience store and an existing deli is a minor
modification of an existing special permit for Marrett Square Deli Marrett Square Deli has decided not to
proceed with its plans to move and combine its opeations with the convenience store
