Senior Center door control
On hold. This was to be mainly for the convenience of Social Day Care Program.

Signage needs to be changed prohibiting animals inside the station to making an
exception for guide dogs. Health Department Inspector John Garside, agreed to make
new signs.
Bruegger's Bagel Bakery, 413 Waltham St.
Emily's report: no handicapped parking. The building predates state regs, was erected
during the 60s and never changed hands. No enforcement capability nor sufficient
renovations to require compliance. Steve Frederickson will double check the latter
and call Emily Silberberg about this.
Grey Nuns Provincial House, 10 Pelham Rd.

opportunity for Senior Center space; involvement of Enablement Committee.
Locke Village Walkway, 661 Lowell St.
Rick Safford has been informed that construction will get underway
Stone Meadow Golf, 675 Waltham St.
No paved surface for parking; handicapped parking signs not located next to ramp
entering club house; gravel surface creates problem in designating width of
handicapped parking. Steve Frederickson will assure this gets done.

Dear Ms Silberberg
Thank you for your continued interest in our family farm and
the new farmstand Thus far progress has been excellent I am
very excited about the great response from our neighbors ,
friends , and customers It seems we will achieve our "everyone
wins" goal
As for the layout and acessibility of our new stand, I have
( tired a retail store design company The company, Shannon
Associates , has designed over seventy-five retail stores in New
England Some of their most recent work has been with Bread &
Circus Supermarkets The advantages to my hiring such a company
not only lies in their ability to design for product but also in
their knowledge of any and all pertinent accessibility laws I
have been working with Shannon Associates for over a month and
feel very confident we will achieve great improvements over our
present situation You should feel confident they are addressing
all issues including isle space, entrances, exits , height of
displays , and much more
Once the layout is complete we will share it with everyone
I am sure, like the new farmstand, new gardens , and all the other
new improvements I have done I will be very proud of it In the
meantime , if we run into any snags or questions that we can not
find answers to I will call on you Furthermore , when we
complete the design I would be happy to attend an enablement
committee meeting I will be in touch at that time
Sincerely,
Scott Wilson
