Affordable Housing Trust 4.1.2024
Motion
To authorize the Select Board to sell, lease or otherwise
dispose of Town-owned land described as Parcel 68-44
located on Lowell Street near the northeast corner of
North Street and Lowell Street for the purposes of
developing 100% affordable housing thereon, and to
authorize the Select Board or its designee to enter such
agreements as are necessary for such purposes
including a land disposition agreement or a lease not to
exceed 99 years in length.
