MINUTES: The minutes of the March 11 meeting were accepted with the following corrections:
on page 1 under Chairperson's Remarks, the second sentence should read "to report at the
May meeting" On page 2 under Education Committee, Peg Jemison's name should be deleted.
BOARD COMMITTEES: A list of the Board Committees, which includes the members of each
committee, was distributed. An additional committee to study and observe the Dining Room
Program, including the Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals programs, was suggested and
added to the list. Carol Murphy volunteered to serve on the Adult Social Daycare and the
Dining Room Committees. Marilyn Campbell will be on the Senior Health Monitor Committee.
Clark passed around a list of the April programs and activities for each member to check off two
programs they will attend to observe and report on at the May meeting. Chris Gelling will mail
guidelines to the members to use for this purpose. Nancy and other staff members will set up
meetings with the various committees. John Curry volunteered to help the Social Daycare
Committee as he has data on the possibility of adding a fifth to the program.

PPROGRAM COORDINATOR REPORT Chris Gelling distributed copies of the room schedule
for April, which indicates the use of almost every room at all times. Chris works on the Senior

programming and the Newsletter She thanked the Education Committee for their help with the
Post Grad and Women's History Programs.
