Minutes of Thursday March 15 2001 in Lexington High School construction trailer
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kelly at 5 45pm. Attending: Mary Lou Touart, PBC, Bill
Kennedy PBC Phil Poinelli, PBC, Library Director Carol Mahoney Project Manager Bill Kealy
Shirley Stoltz, Capital Expenditures Committee.
The discussion centered on the library's bid schedule. PBC members are concerned about Stephen
Hale s ability to produce the plans and specs on the dates established. Can Stephen Hale muster the
resources to get the job done?
After much discussion the committee decided to invite Erdman Anthony Mechanical Engineers, and
Boston Building Consultants, Structural Engineers, to a meeting as soon as possible to discuss their
progress with the plans. Tom Arthur from EDG will also be invited to the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.30pm.
