Project Manager's Agenda and Report on school and library projects
Requisition from Peabody Construction in the amount of$583,173.00 for work at the high
school was distributed. Release of retainage was deferred, awaiting further completion of the
punch list. Upon motion of Himmel seconded by Cannalonga, approval of requisition VOTED.
Yct to be done are the locker rooms and gym in the D building as well as HVAC in the
administrative areas and most of the G(science) building. Only ten percent of site work is done
and there are ongoing issues with the site contractor. When Cannalonga inquired about the site
contractor, Kealy informed the committee that the site contractor was hired by Peabody's
bonding company and therefore this contractor's performance is Peabody's responsibility
No requisition for work at the middle schools was submitted due to the enormity of the punch
list, Kealy noted. Acoustic testing at Diamond is still to be done.
Library reouisition for$561 128.47 from Alexandra Construction was distributed. Moved by
Johnson arid seconded by Touart, requisition approval VOTED by the committee. Kealy
infooned the PBC that the architect has hired a second assistant architect to help him finish his
work.

Erna S. Greene, Secretary
