Collaborative 250 Towns (Arlington, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln) Meeting

MINUTES
Semiquincentennial Commission (Lex250) Members present: Suzie Barry, Chair, Noah Michelson, Doug
Lucente, Steve Conners, Barry Cunha, Bridger McGaw, Jane Hundley, Cleve Coats, Ashley Rooney.
Semiquincentennial Commission (Lex250) Members Absent: Paul O'Shaughnessy, Bebe Fallick, Tom Colatosti,
Jillian Tung, Julie O'Leary, Mona Roy, Cerise Jalelian
Town of Lexington Staff Present: Jim Malloy-Town Manager, Chief Mike McLean-Police, Captain John
Mazzerall- Police, Captain Chris Barry- Police, Sergeant Dave Bresnihan- Police, Chief Derek Sencabaugh-Fire,
Assistant Chief Don Chisholm-Fire, Dave Pinson neault-DPW Director

Kim Bodnar, Lincoln250 opened the meeting welcomed everyone including Kate Fox Director of Massachusetts
Office of Travel and Tourism (MOTT) and Sheila Green, State 250th Coordinator for MOTT. Kim also reviewed
the latest schedule for April 2025.
Rob Munro of Concord 2025 gave an update on the Inter Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the four towns.
Rob Munro of Concord 250 and Suzie Barry of Lex250 reviewed the list of dignitary invitations.
Fred Ryan of Concord 2025 and lead for the Public Safety Group gave an update on Public Safety work to date
including the kickoff with MEMA and upcoming trainings. Fred acknowledged the support from Dawn Brantley,
Director of MEMA and her team that were present for the meeting.
Sheila Green the State 2501"Coordinator for the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism gave an update on
MOTT 250 efforts to date and upcoming work planned.
Kim & Suzie acknowledged Jonathan Lane of Rev250 who was in attendance.
Next Collaborative 250 meeting dates were set:
• April 4, 2024,Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm in Concord
• June 6, 2024, Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm in Lexington
Ther was a time for breakout groups and networking.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm
