Minutes of PBC meeting: 5/23/06
Attending: Phil Poinelli,Eric Brown,Mary Lou Touart,Bill Kennedy,Bruce Krieger,
Dick Perry,Jon Himmel,Mike O'Hare (Gannet/Fleming),Jeff Aliberti (Weston&
Sampson), Mike Lawrence(HKT), Janet Slemenda(HKT), Bill Hadley, Wayne Brooks,
Carl Valente &Ted Edson(Capital Expenditures Committee)
HKT made a presentation of the project status. Two site plan options,A&B, were
shown along with floor plans, elevations and various modeling options.
Also shown was the latest space plan program, revised as of 5/23/06. Space adjustments
were made throughout with a total approx 300sf larger than the last iteration. Janet
expects that the total sf requirement will go down, hopefully by 2000sf, or so, as we get
into design.
