Coscia and Public Schools Business Administrator 3 Mac Innes Meeting with Representatives of Brigos of Rockland Mass Ralph E M Noblin and Robert Bonica emphasized assorted capabilities of the firm in fields such as asbestos abatement, roofing materials and testing quality control scheduling and design review Among projects Briggs had undertaken were International Place schools in Fairhaven Stoughton and Lynn, Prudential Center and Saltonstail buildings roof replacement and masonry inspection for Boston Properties Kennedy "We re looking for construction management Could you speak to this"' Briggs spokesman said they preferred small contracts Daniels "How do yo€., feel about being in an ad4isory capacity lith the Permanent Building Committee"" Briggsperson This is a unique situation rather than dealing directly with the contractor Further queries concerned see- ing good bidders scradul•e method of pricing and construction management role Representative of Andres.
