He reported a balance of $39 in the treasury as of June 30. He further reported that the fol- lowing funds have been exhausted. Gift Fund, minubus Fund, and Young-at-Heart Sinners' orant. Tropeano quest._oned unpaid bills due the Senior Citizens Club. Melcher explained that because of the death of Mr. Carlson, there was some delay in payment of bills, but those outstanding are now in the process of being paid.
