Lexington Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Meeting Minutes for April 3, 2024
Attendees: Nanette Byrnes, Margaret Heitz, Wendy Manz (Chair), Paul Linton, Bob Pressman, Melanie
Thompson, Betsey Weiss (Vice Chair), John Zhao (COA).
Absent: Cindy Arens (Sustainable Lexington liaison), Harriet Cohen (clerk), Jill Hai (Select Board liaison),
Charles Hornig (Planning Board), Paul Linton, Samita Mandelia, Sarah Morrison (LexHAB)
The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Wendy Manz and minutes were taken by
Nanette Byrnes. The meeting was held in person.
1. Call to Order: Housing Partnership Board Meeting
Ms. Manz called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm.
2. Motion to Oppose Amendment #1 to Article #33 Before the Lexington Spring 2024 Town
Meeting
Ms. Weiss made a motion that the Housing Partnership Board oppose the proposed
Amendment #1 to Article #33 now before Town Meeting.
Mr. Zhao seconded the motion.
Those in attendance voted unanimously to oppose Amendment #1.
3. Motion to Oppose Amendment #2 to Article #33 Before the Lexington Spring 2024 Town
Meeting.
Ms. Weiss made a motion that the Housing Partnership Board oppose the proposed
Amendment #2 to Article #33 now before Town Meeting.
Mr. Zhao seconded the motion.
Those in attendance voted unanimously to oppose Amendment #2.
4. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by Ms. Manz.
