I. Received letter from Ronald Fitzgerald regarding swimming
Polled 150 people for Transportation Project
Work well under way on map showing where interested people live
Luncheon arrangement made for Senior Citizens at Northfield Inn, Oct. 13
Meeting with Ann Kenn , Friendly Visitors program under study
Chris Moorc,Chairman, to have meeting July 11 with Meg Harrington
Letters to doctors and churches explaining Visitor Program written.

Vocational School All ok But final OK must be made by Ron Fitzgerald
who is away on vacation at the moments
Selectman Mary Milley called to congratulate us for our many
activities and appreciated our Board Meeting minutes . Wants a
list of stores in town Gave it to her
Lexington's start at Tel-a-Care has already paid off.
! Roy Weinstein, 6 Nickerson Rd , 862-7223, aged 40? , N.E. Professor
has expressed interest in COA Maybe sometime he could come to
a Board Meeting as an observor Mary Miley reccommended him.
Chris Moore had a meeting with Meg Harrington regarding Friendly
Visitors . Chris will start seeking both Visitors and visitees
She hopes to have the program in operation by September
Mailed out Discount Program letters July° Volunteers are now
canvassing all stores in town to find out which stores want to
participate in our program.
Dorothy Williams has been working hard finding out which company
will give us the best service and price for ID cards, decals and
labels for our Newsletter
People are working on the new census book getting the names of
senior citizens underlined in preparation for Newsletter mailing
We are trying to get and keep our mailing list completely up to date
Mary McDonough has beehgood enough to help by forwarding to us
information regarding any deaths of the elderly in town
On the more cheerful side I have contacted the Welcome Wagon
Women who will carry our Newletters to new elderly of Lexington
Mrs Fillios will drop in to learn a little of what we are doing
