Conducted remotely on Zoom
LHRC MEMBERS PRESENT
Christina Lin, Chair(CL); Stephanie Hsu,Vice Chair(SH); Dana Bickelman (DB); Rachel Levy(RL);
Stephanie Stonefish Ryan (SR); Lois Bruss (LB); Courtney Apgar, Clerk(CA)

i. Welcome/Call to order
a. This is LB's last meeting as a committee member, as she is moving.
b. Meeting called to order at 9:o8am
c. Quorum met with �members present
2. Minutes Approval
a. Minutes approved unanimously for 6/io/24 and 4/l0/24
3. Finalize charge - see attached proposed updates
a. MS would like quorum language moved further up to align with other committee
charges
b. Should we clarify that Liaisons are non-voting members?
c. MS will consult with Select Board on funding language
d. Next steps: MS will bring to Select Board for�nal review and bring back
recommendations for committee to finalize and submit for approval
4. Set meeting times for next season
a. Plan to meet twice per month starting in September, with the first meeting
running 90 minutes and second meeting on an as needed basis.
b. CL would like to meet in person more often (meetings would be hybrid). In
person meetings will be either at the Community Center or the Police Station.
c. Next meeting is 9/4 at 9am.
5. Upcoming events:
a. Quock Walker hike at Bowman on July 6th
i. SH will be there
b. Lex25o - Calendar photo for LHRC is Dec loth
i. International Human Rights Day
ii. 9�45�
c. July is Minority Mental Health month. DB reports that the town wants to make a
proclamation. Does LHRC want to cosponsor the proclamation and/or help
create it?
i. Possibly yes, upon review of the proclamation.
ii. DB will send toolkit for members to review
