Minutes were reviewed and corrected as follows
JResponse of Donna Hooper to Roberta Black's contention that the
Human Services Committee was adversarial toward RePlace Change
from

Committee was seeking to maximize resources with perception that
RePlace had not always done this and that there had been a lack
of direction on the part of RePlace

Approach to RePlace budget
The Committee agreed
1 to follow the Town Manager's format A level-funded budget
would be prepared along with supplementary recommendations
2 Rather than focusing on RePlace line items, the Committee
would consider purchasing services using the FY ' 94 contract
as a starting point

budget and forms for supplementary recommendations
