How much contact have they had with the police, and when? Why is RePlace asking for so much above level funding? Why are FY '94 figures not related to FY ' 93 projections and why do line items change from one year to the next making comparisons difficult? Where do numbers for FY ' 94 community outreach come from if there was no outreach program? What kind of fundraising are they doing? What is explanation for high increase in contacts through peer ( counseling? How is quality assurance conducted, e g , response time for request for services, client satisfaction? How has RePlace been able to provide crisis intervention without an emergency on-call system? What is the overlap with existing mental health crisis intervention system? Why was on-call capacity cut out in preference to cutting some other item? What is the RePlace mission? How much active collaboration is taking place? What was the outcome of RePlace meeting with Eliot Community Services? Hearing survey Rick reported that hearing survey was going on with consideration being given to phasing in a Town-wide system Feedback had been obtained from a number of people
