Did this mean there should be a change in the Committee s emphasis in the future' Report to Selectmen Although in past years, the Committee had presented an e; tended Annual Report to the Selectmen, this year budget figures only were presented along with a verbal presentation ,It was agreed to submit the Committee s Annual Report to the Town s Annual Report rather than to the Selectmen Human Services Fund brochure distribution The Committee suggested that Fund brochures go to the following Council on Aging; Shelter for Battered Women; Food Pantry; Cary Library; social workers and social agencies; churches, synagogues; Department of Public Welfare; Department of Social Services; gas/electric company; Town Departments; Newcomers Club Subcommittee reports Council on Aging (Donna) A long-range planning forum concerning needs of the elderly will take place on March 25th--contribution of Human Services Committee to be on the March agenda; Friends of the Council on Aging will hold an auction with musical entertainment on April 2.
