should be developed by HSC staff after recommendations
by Committee member in their reports on agencies

assessments in school ; when should referrals be made
and where should referrals he made to 3 subcommittees
were appointed one to work on suggested resources
HSC continues to ask the question what are the goals
of the policr What is the role of the school, Are
the school:, dumping cases upon other agencies Is
there anything educational or '/helping in the school
policy" A second meeting has been scheduled for
January
