Recruitment of new members to the Committee The Committee had expected to hear from Leo McSweeney in his capacity as liaison to the Board of Selectmen on the Selectmen s ideas concerning recruitment of new members to the Committee Since Mr McSweeney had not responded to efforts to reach him the Committee decided to proceed on its own (Harvey wjll discuss the problem in communication with Mr McSweeney) Five candidates have e::pressed interest There are three positions open Candidates resumes will be sent to the Comm!-ttee members Cop es of the Charge and last Report to the Selectmen will be sent to the candidates The interviewing format will be as follows 1 Chairperson s introduction of Committee s purpose and goals expectations for commitment a^d regularity of attendance on the part of Committee members 2 Question whether candidates can attend meetings t SILO.
