TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE

PRESENT Chmn Barnes, Vice Chmn Gaughan, Mr Lord, Mr Broderick and
Mrs Hall
VETERANS DAY November II , 1970
Former Senator Saitonstall has informed this committee of his
acceptance and pleasure in being our speaker of the day
Representatives from the Veterans Groups in Lexington will be
invited to attend our next meeting on Thursday, September 24th
Mrs Litchfield will invite the usual participants to march in
the parade, i e Hanscom Marching Unit, National Guard Marching Unit,
the High School Band, and all Lexington Youth Groups, in writing
The Veterans of Foreign Wars are hosts for Veterans Day and are
responsible for the Chief Marshal and his Aides
SPECIAL NOTE

All TCC meetings will take place in the Bird Room, second floor C !
left of Cary Hall The custodian will be responsible for opening and
closing Cary Hall
