PATRIOTS DAY
Our correspondence included an acceptance from Gen and Mrs Burgoyne to
be our guests on Patriots Day, and a very sincere letter of regret from
Admiral Ellis of the Coast Guard for the same occasion Her Majesty's Consul
General , Miss Lenore Storar, has accepted our Patriots Day invitation
The Lexington Girl Scouts will not be marching in the afternoon parade,
but they will enter a float The Needham Girl Scouts will accompany the float
We will invite the Concord, Massachusetts Board of Selectmen to be our
guests on April 21st as well as the Chairman of their Public Ceremonies and
Celebrations Committee
The testimonial for Rep Lincoln P Cole, Jr was announced It will take
place at Fantasia's Restaurant on Wednesday evening, April 30th
The committee went over the Check List for the final time and all seemed
in good order Here's to good weather for the big day!
