TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE
September 5, 1968
PRESENT Vice Chmn Gaughan, Mr Lord, Mr Belcastro, and Mrs Hall
UN DAY Mr Lord will contact Mr Gibson, Chairman of the Social
Studies Department at the High School , and inform him of the Essay
and Poster Contests in connection with UN Day
Mr Belcastro's office always receives State Proclamations; therefore,
he will be responsible for this year's UN Day proclamation being on the
Green for Mr Cole's-presentation
There will be NO MEETING of the TCC next week The next TCC meeting
is scheduled for Thursday evening, September 19th, at 8PM in the
Sebectmen's Office
The following groups will be asked to meet with us at that time
League of Women Voters
Elks
Rotary
Jaycees
Lions Club
Mrs Hall will send postcards to the aforementioned groups in this regard
