Barnes, Mrs Litchfield, Mr. Sperduto, Mr. Belcastro, Mr Lord and Mrs Hall VISITORS Mr. Wallace W. Ormiston, V F.W Mr. Herbert G. Miller, American Legion VETERANS DAY Mr. Ormiston, Chief Marshal of the Veterans Day parade, named the following men as his aides Herbert G. Miller, American Legion Capt. Norton Hood, Past Comm., Lexington Minutemen William P Brenchick, Jr , Past Comm. Lexington Detachment, Marine Corps League The Speaker of the Day at the Green ceremonies will be State Senator Ronald C MacKenzie, 7th Middlesex District The National Guard of Lexington and Hanscom Field in Bedford will send units to march in our parade. Mrs Hall will check again with Mrs. Szjaleski to see if the Lexington 4-H groups are interested in marching. The invocation will be given by Rev. Warren D Swanson, Pastor, Trinity Covenant Church. The benediction will be delivered by Rev. Harold T Handley, Pastor, Church of Our Redeemer. Mr Lord will have the rosters run off, and Mrs Hall and Mrs. Litchfield will see that all involved personnel in the parade receive a roster this week. Two Lexington High School seniors, namely Rosemary Meehan and David Luca met with this committee to discuss their plans for a Pro-Vietnam Rally. Their plans are to hold this rally on the afternoon of November 11th on the Green The two students will meet with the Board of Selectmen on Monday evening, November 6th, to present their case. The Board, at that time, will either approve or deny them their plans for this rally.
