Shiely, Jr,, of Hanscom Field in Bedford have accepted our Patriots Day invitation, Mr. Brenchick was contacted by a Mrs. Curry in regard to antique cars being in the afternoon parade, Mr . Brenchick explained that we had been advised to eliminate the antique cars this year, with the possibility of re- instating them another year, Mr• Brenchick wa, given a few suggestions for his Iit.h division Marshal. Other, than that he's pretty well set on his parade staff, Mrs. Hall is to up-date the list of parade partic-.pants to present, day with a copy to our Chief Marshal, We will invite the current Mayor and Ws wife from our Sister City, Delores Hidalgo, to be our guests for luncheon on the 19th, we cannot financially affort to invite any of the other Sister City people The Mayor and his wife will be invited to ride in the aft, urnoon parade Mrs. Litchfield will check on the .following groups and inform our Chief Marshal as soon as she receive• word on any of them First, District. Naval Band 18th Army Band from Fort Devens First Naval n,strirt Marching Un. 1- Fort Devens Marching Unit. Lexington Boy Snouts — Lexington Police Women's Association Lexington School Color Guard Methuen Drill Team Medfield Drill Team Grotto Oriental Band Mr. Sperduto will inform Mr Mann it is all right if he purchases rope needed for the Spirit of '76 drum„ Mr,. Ma:xner reports the Spirit. of '76 is all set to go. The Battle Green Inn is set for our luncheon The menu is firmed up. The ladies of dignitaries and TCC members may remain in the diningroom for extra coffee and relaxation The powder room is engaged for the ladies' use. We may purchase a small amount of flowers for the head table Lanterns for the other tables will he supplied by the Inn. Wo have sixty-two guests coming to date, not counting our drivers 304 r Father Fdward J. Gaudette from St.. Brigid 's Church will give the invocation at the •unrise service on the Green. Rev. Daniel G. Higgi.nc , Jr. will give the benediction Mrs. Litchfield has the roster envelopes ready to go. Mrs. Hall will print the name tags on the place cards for the luncheon.
