They did a very nice job of performing. Mr. Gaughan made it, clear that all publicity for the Spirit. of '7r, goo through and must be approved by this committee Tn fact, all Patriots Day public ty must he approved by this committee. Mr. Gaughan checked on the movie, for next week's meeting and they will be ready and available. Mm Bel.Oa Ern will see about using the projector stored at the Fire Headquarter• . The meeting will be next Thursday evening, February 1.6th, at 8 pm in Estabrook Hall , The movie:, will be shown for the benefit of all interested people, connected with the parade, or otherwise Mrs Titchfield, Mrs Severance and Mrs Hall will telephone last year's parade participants to invite them to attend, It was noted that we should he looking now for a. photographer for this year's April 19th parader and activities Mr . Litchfield will call Lawrence Stone and ask that he play the bugle for us at the sunrise ser ice on the Green on Patriots Day CORRESPONDENCE The Lexington National Guard has accepted our invitation to march in the afternoon parade The Tufts Hn_vertityr Naval. ROTC Drill Team will march in the afternoon parade, but their band cannot come. Mrs Hall will. comprise a li,;t of parade participant acceptances and keep it up to date for the benefit of the.
